Our Founder?

Chief Amb. (Dr.) Mrs. Racheal Olukemi Adewumi is an educator, entrepreneur, humanitarian, and nation builder whose life’s work has been defined by service and empowerment. Beginning her career in education and later expanding into entrepreneurship, she has consistently championed women empowerment, youth development, ethical leadership, and inclusive economic growth. Driven by compassion and a deep sense of social responsibility, she founded TAKEM Empowerment Initiatives (TEIs) to uplift vulnerable populations particularly women, widows, youths, orphans, and rural communities. Under her leadership, TEIs has empowered over 10,000 beneficiaries through education support, skills training, business grants, mentorship, and humanitarian relief.
